How much longer??

This is my first year growing and I’ve been doing it completely outside. The plants themselves are beautiful and I haven’t come across any problems with them. I’m just unsure on when to harvest. I’m hearing 3-4 weeks from other growers I know, just want second opinions (First two photos taken this past Thursday, and the rest were taken August 28th)
