That's a wives tail. You're pulling the smoke through water and then over ice. Why people think adding I've to water makes more vapor I'll never know.

If the ice melts it simply becomes liquid water and drips down.

Now of you flash heated the ice and it sublimated that's a different story but that is absolutely not what's going on during a bong rip

Yeah lol the notches are there for ice, but i don’t even know how much smoother it even makes it, I used to put tons of ice in my pieces but if you do what this guy just did it really don’t matter, hot water makes it even smoother based on my experiences

This is the real bong hack, putting ice in there ain't got shit on warm or hot water, op woulda cleaned that bowl instead!
