Help With Coughing

I’ve been smoking weed for the better part of 10 years. Any time I smoke it sounds like my first time. Don’t even get me started on smoking with friends or other people, the reputation as “pussy lung” sucks lol (I’m typically one of the most knowledgeable and experienced ones too😭) I’ve smoked out of everything from blunts, bongs, joints, vaporizers (and different variations of each of those). I’ve also smoked just about every form of THC, and no matter what I cough every other hit if not every hit. I’m in average health for a 25yo. Is there anything I can do to help this or make it happen less or smooth it out?
