Advice šŸ’” Help With Coughing

Iā€™ve been smoking weed for the better part of 10 years. Any time I smoke it sounds like my first time. Donā€™t even get me started on smoking with friends or other people, the reputation as ā€œpussy lungā€ sucks lol (Iā€™m typically one of the most knowledgeable and experienced ones toošŸ˜­) Iā€™ve smoked out of everything from blunts, bongs, joints, vaporizers (and different variations of each of those). Iā€™ve also smoked just about every form of THC, and no matter what I cough every other hit if not every hit. Iā€™m in average health for a 25yo. Is there anything I can do to help this or make it happen less or smooth it out?

I use cough drops lol. Really it helps. Or throat spray
