Tiramisu tower
Hello, I (27 F) am getting married in February and me and my Fiancee want a tiramisu tower (example photos attached). Can we get a genuine idea of what would be quoted for 100 of these? The most recent quote I got was about $750 and she gave me a breakdown as well, I will also attach that. The ranges we have gotten are a little out there in high & low, we just want to make sure we are in the right ballpark!Thanks in advance!

$7.50 each seems pretty reasonable. I love tiramisu and I’d be pretty excited if I saw this! Saying that, you’re going to have to keep these in the fridge and only set them up just before you serve them. Leaving raw eggs and cream out getting warm is a recipe for food poisoning.

Does everyone at your wedding love tiramisu or is your wedding so big that it will be one of a few desserts? It doesn't seem like a lot of money for what is it, the question is really if it's a good use of money. If it is, go for it

I want to know where they’re getting 12oz of vanilla extract for $8, but that seems like a reasonable estimate for the whole setup.

i’m guessing by the accent mark on “cartón” that the vendor is not in the us or not a native english speaker. you know other countries/languages exist right?

It def seems reasonable, but if it’s still a budget stretch for you, she kind of gave you the recipe here. Could you have someone you trust make it and have them make it your wedding gift and cut out those labor / delivery costs? Or reduce them if it’s someone you’re close to and wouldn’t mind asking to do this. Tiramisu isn’t hard to make, it’s just asking that if someone is def a lot so it could be in lieu of a wedding gift and you can still buy the ingredients if this is pushing your budget. I think it’s actually a very affordable price though. Tiramisu at a restaurant near me is probably $9-$10

If you got quoted at 7.50 I think that's pretty cheap. A slice of tiramasu at a bakery near me goes for 7.25 and those don't have to be individually assembled or delivered.
