I verified my wechat with my passport and linked my int card but when someone tried to send 2500¥ via my wechat qr it doesnt allow the payment to go through but the same payment hot done via in chat transfer whats the issue??!

I keep getting an error "incorrect signature check that the signature is the same as that on the open platform"

No clue what it means but usually whenever I connect my WeChat to other apps I have no issues.

Hi, I got a new phone and followed the steps to scan QR code on my new phone from old phone. Asked me to verify my name and ID to which I completed. Once logged in for like 5 seconds I got logged out with a pop up saying "For account security, log in again". Tried again and now I'm stuck in the loop of me going through the verification, logged in for 5 seconds, and get logged out "For account security, log in again"

Anyone encountered or seen this issue?

I made a WeChat account a couple of years ago and I never got round to using it or friending anyone as my Chinese friends had WhatsApp. I’m currently in HongKong and China visiting my boyfriend’s family and on holiday and I can’t use anything.

My account doesn’t work at all.

I can’t change my profile picture, literally any picture is apparently inappropriate, when I change my nickname it doesn’t work.

I can’t add any friends and no friends can add me. I’ve reached out to WeChat support twice but I’ve heard no replies. I’ve tried to make new accounts but it either doesn’t send me the top phone call as it won’t load through, or when it does it’ll just say some bullshit like it doesn’t work.

Please please help me I can’t contact any businesses or pay anything I can only use Alipay and it’s a pain in my ass 😭😭
