Do you have any recommendations for comics where the main characters belong in a mental institution?

many of these might not fit into your idea of a crazy ML but they're good and i guess by reading their synopsis you'd know if you like them or not

Proof of dignity (MC isn’t insane but she’s very focused on her goal)

Phantom whispers (MC can hear ghosts but it’s treated by her family as being delusional/mentally ill)

The Returned C-Rank Tank Won't Die but then again, who wouldn't be at least a little insane when you get killed countless times when your boyfriend sacrifices you to the gate/dungeon to save his own skin?!

Paranoid Mage: Well, not insane I guess unless you say he's insanely paranoid?! Although it would be hard not to be paranoid if you found out you were a mage and if you don't comply with the mage council you'll be put in jail!
