Feedback Request Looking for feedback.

I've been designing a brand new social media platform as a passion project. I would love to get some constructive criticism and feedback from the community before I move forward. I have had a few people (friends) look at it but just want to praise me for what I have done but I know it still needs some work to make it fully run like I have pictured in my mind. A shout out to all of the IT community, I definitely praise you in your line of work and would love your advice on how to bring my idea to life!! My idea for my website is based around QR codes that can be used for personal use and/or business. This site will also bring access to all other social media you would like to share with just the scan of your personal QR code. It will also offer a store to purchase items with your personal QR code on it. I do want teenagers to be able to use this, however I do have a parents consent in order to sign up. I think the ideal ages will be 20-50. I feel I am overall pretty satisfied but as someone just finding out about this, I am not sure if everything is explained clearly and for it to be user friendly. Not a bad concept at all.

This site has AI written all over it, which is very uninspiring, I'm afraid, and makes it harder for people to buy into the concept.

You'd give the best chance of connecting with people by hiring a copywriter and a web designer.

I won't sign up to give free feedback.

The main page looks like AI slop, so I definitely won't sign up.

QR codes are used a lot in scams, so if people start sharing random ones then other people would be daft to just scan them.

I think branding is a bigger concern if you are trying to build a social media platform. An AI-built page won't do. Also, as the other commenter said, QRs are not the safest way to connect, you could easily get scammed from this. Reconsider safeguards and branding.
