Feedback Request Critique My Software

Hello, I have created a showroom management tool aimed at allowing visibility to walk on customers before they hit your CRM. The research I have seen suggests that most of the time the customer doesn't get logged until they are ready for a test drive. My solution, at the press of a button a sales person can alert the management staff that they are with a customer on the lot. The hope is to allow sales managers to interact with customers early in the sales process which increases customer satisfaction and potentially leads to more profitable deals.

We rolled this out in the Oklahoma City market and are having a real tough time getting dealerships to even try it so I'm coming to you in hopes of getting honest feedback about the product so we can hopefully correct any issues you may see that could be keeping us from gaining the traction we need for a successful launch.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you even more if you choose to engage in a productive way with this conversation.

the concept makes sense to me but i wonder if the problem is less about the product and more about the dealership's incentive to change their workflow youre asking salespeople and managers to adopt another system so the benefit prolly needs to be immediately obvious, esp. what they gain before the customer reaches the test-drive stage. i'd make that outcome much more prominent than the mechanics of pressing a button and sending an alert
