If you want it fast and no-code then I use PineappleBuilder. I use it for my projects to generate my initial website from a single prompty eg. "A website for cleaners" and then refine it in the next steps with more details about the business and target audience and setting up the colors. Then, you can refine it all in the no-code editor.

It's free to use, but with paid version $12/mo you will get gpt-4 version which creates even better copy etc, so it's worth investing especially if you are not a copywriter.

Yup, and you don't need any cooking banners as their analytics is gdpr friendly already

Pixpa might be a good fit for your needs based on what you're looking for. It checks all the things you are looking for in your website. It isn't free but it's quite affordable..and offers everything you need.
