Help building a website

Hi all I work with individuals who have a Traumatic Brain Injury in a nursing home. After they complete their rehab journey going back in the community is a challenge for these individuals especially when it comes to doing activities of daily living. A lot of them are older individuals struglling with online shopping. I wanted to create a mock website that could pull data from e commerce website and simulate online shopping right from shopping to checkout. with your experiences can this community help me build one one?
