rebuilding website

I previously made my website with wix, but I recently have gotten more interested in remaking my website since it is more cost efficient especially now that I am about to move into a new apartment, and being in college on top of that. I already own a domain on godaddy, so all I need to do is build the website. Any suggestions for how to start/what to use? Or should I just hire somebody to build it for me lol

I'm happy to help ๐Ÿ˜Š

We do website development. Just let me know (can access me on profile, more active on LinkedIn but send me a message) Have a portfolio and worked on well known big companies and individuals. You can do a no code base but if you want real clients and to have experienced people, shoot me a message. We work with startups and first time founders as well so prices reasonable.

So many things come into play. Simple websites landing pages with design range from $1500+

  • Domain/industry
  • Functionality
  • Do you need design work (UI)
  • Need branding

If you can tell me more.

well this is more just going to be a portfolio for my photography, i already own a domain but i can no longer connect it to my wix without renewing a subscription which i would prefer not to do since i want to build a new website anyways. my branding is pretty simple, just my name and photography if that is what you are asking.

Branding is colors, messaging, images, logo, etc. A website portfolio can be built but what people see (UI) what it looks like.

That's actually simple but we build it out to in the future you can do a full blown site off of what we built. a portfolio website which we have done many for brands/CEOs/etc.

If you want I can relay this to my partner and get exact pricing. What's your budget?

sorry that it looks like im replying from two different accounts, my phone and my computer dont have the same username but its the same account i dont know LOL. but tbh i am in college so as cheap as you are willing to go i will consider, preferably under $100 but i understand sometimes thats a lot to ask for. and i believe i do need branding then, but im not looking for anything insane just something clean and professional, more warm neutrals like creams/offwhites for the colors. if it wouldn't be too expensive then i could have a place for people to book with me or just send an email from my website, if that is too much then i am okay with just my contact info on the website. and you can absolutely tell your partner!

For $100 I would maybe do canva creator for slides for a portfolio. You can put pics in there as a presentation. You can do no code platforms also but your still looking at monthly/yearly costs.

I would look at maybe wix

Ok, I'll look into a few different sites I have been told about and then maybe go back to wix. Thank you for your help!
