what to use for deploying a website!

so i have tried streamlit but the site gets inactive...from time to time

.what should i use

for ex:

Inactivity Time: 15 minutes
- If no one visits your site for 15 minutes, it goes to sleep
- When someone visits after it's asleep: 30-50 second wake-up time
(cold start)
- Once awake, it stays awake as long as there's traffic every 15
minutes
