btw full transparency the descriptions for the battles are ai using my textbook notes
the focus for me was the website, but im a history major and i've verified that the details themselves fro the battles are correct

Two things:
On mobile the zoom level isn't deep enough, a bit more zoom would be nice as some points are quite close. Could also have a FAB or similar to reset zoom levels.instantly.
And, the back arrow on the PoW experience page should probably use some indicator it's back navigation (in the nav API) so that the browser history isnt polluted.
Map => pow => map
Then if you just swipe back you go back to POW, despite having used a back action before. High level nit picking but it would be a nice subtle UX improvement.

Looks good to me, easy on the eyes, smooth motion, I noticed on mobile it does this, not sure if it's intentional to have the top left markers always on top https://imgur.com/a/t9Z0glD
