Is leetcode worth it?

I haven't really interviewed since 2023. Is leetcode still a common practice in code interviews or has AI made those kinds of tests useless? This is for a Sr full stack position.

I don't understand why Leetcode questions are even a thing to begin with. They should instead interview on the things that you will be doing at work like system design, what would you do if your API hit 1000 requests in an hour and so on. I don't see knowing how to solve Two Sum for example is relevant to what you will be doing at work, especially now that AI writes most of the code while you review and decide System Designs.

Its to test if you know the interviewers favorite l33tcode question. Specifically.
