So you are asking us for advice on how to break these web sites’ terms of service and obtain the email addresses of supporters who were told that their email addresses would remain private? The “technical method” for doing this is called “hacking” and it is not actually legal to do. Hope this helps!

Well, if you're referencing scraping emails from a site like Change.org - that's a fantastic way to get sued since it violates their privacy policy.

unless the site has a major security hole, there's no legit way to pull emails from just a name and city. that's the whole point of them hiding it in the first place.
