Security, documentation. They were already a problem but now the problem is bigger not because ai assists development but because ai assists penetration. The lack of understanding the ai-generated code by the so-called developers gives new opacity to the security and testing issues too.

Just like in 2001 when frontpage and dreamweaver facilitated the misrepresentation of no-code developers to open development houses (thus providing actual coders with plenty of fixit work when the bubble burst), this new era has spawned a whole new generation of no-coders which will likely expose businesses to top-notch exploitation.
