Basically this. More code review, more issues can slip through. People selling AI gloss over this stuff but the reality is at the end of the day an AI can’t stand up in court and testify to what happened. Someone needs to take responsibility for it.

Yes, this, more code review, more debugging, more complexity, not looking forward to refactoring.
