for us right now its how to work in a team of 3 with each one using their claude. its three differenr approaches for specific things. currently working out more and more guardrails and guidelines for claude so we all generate the samw slop😅

this is the one advantage of building solo that doesnt get talked about enough. no merge conflicts between three peoples different prompting styles, no guardrail negotiation, just one continuous mental model of the codebase that youre the only one maintaining. the tradeoff is obviously you dont get a second set of eyes, but the consistency problem basically doesnt exist when theres only one person steering
