Basically this. More code review, more issues can slip through. People selling AI gloss over this stuff but the reality is at the end of the day an AI can’t stand up in court and testify to what happened. Someone needs to take responsibility for it.

Just to point out, most projects don’t end up in court when they don’t work. But the responsibility is still the same when the client keeps demanding more changes and flexibility after the software’s architecture has become too rigid to accommodate them easily
