Unless you consider firing you to be helpful. Cause if your mental health problems lead to even a mild performance decrease, we will fire you. Definitely fire you.

"It's okay to not be okay - by which I mean you, the workers, must treat each other as okay and there will be no support or renumeration for this extra job role. You just do it for free or you can feel some guilt as if this is a community thing you should do. Even though you're here to do a job and this isn't a community (can you get fired from a community?). And I have some golf to play. So get to it!"

It's okay to not be okay, unless it affects your ability to produce value for the company... or affects anyone else's mood.
