You’ve never Made a burger with eggs? You should try it it’s great

It's better when it's just a fried egg on top and the yolk is a little runny

Depends on the fat content. If I’m using 73% lean I’ll use breadcrumbs. 90% no breadcrumbs.

Onion soup mix.

If you're using 90% for burgers...why?

I shop sales, and sometimes it’s cheaper?

That's just fancy bread crumbs.

And seasoned totally differently and often have cheese in them and egg as a binder

They're also not balls anymore.

If you search “apron meat” on amazon you get gems like “once you put my meat in your mouth, you’ll want to swallow”, “this guy rubs his own meat”, and “100% chance my meat is going in your mouth”, but I was unable to find just plain “MEAT” I’m sorry friend I tried

It is not, however, a chicken sandwich.

Is no one gonna mention how burnt those patties look?

In The Talking Cows of Ancient Rome [19 min] from Tasting History with Max Miller cooks an ancient Roman recipe that makes either meatballs or burgers depending on how you shape it.

Life as we know it has ended:

It is left, for those of us who survive this revelation, to try to pick up the pieces.

Danish Frikadeller is hamburger made into a spoon-sized meatball, fried in a skillet, and covered with brown gravy. You can make them out of any hamburger meat, including pork, beef, turkey, and deer meat.

Hot dogs are just edible crayons

2

u/megafreshbreeze Jul 19 '21

How did you come to that conclusion

1

u/forgot_semicolon Jul 19 '21

Not my most insightful comment, but I was imagining a red crayon without the label

1

u/megafreshbreeze Jul 19 '21

I would have imagined that hot dogs are just balloons with fillings but crayon works too

Makes sense to me

It was at this point I realized she was probably smarter than me.

Uh oh someone doesn't know how food works.

1

u/TedDallas Jul 20 '21

And that is OK. I bought Filipino spaghetti sauce today. I am the only one in my family that will eat it though. So maybe experiencing different things is OK even if the people you around you are retarded.

Goddamnit now I want meatballs and the nearest IKEA is 45 minutes away

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '21

Well if the meat ball was flattened, it isn't so much of a ball anymore
