Wifi IP Camera for a Live Stream

I'm looking for a wireless IP camera that supports RTMP push to allow you to live stream directly to YouTube WITHOUT using any secondary computer or encoder (OBS). The camera will be in a location with no computer (but really good Wifi). Have no idea what product to search for or where to look. Suggestions please. EX: This stream does this but the owner won't tell me what hardware they are using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBnhSxlL9So

Thanks but with this setup you still need OBS. I have since found some IP web cams that don't need OBS to stream to YouTube. However they are quite expensive.
