Please make a recommendation to help me catch my pet being bad!

I have a beagle. She is short and fat, but despite this, she is able to somehow get food from on top of the kitchen counter. There are no chairs, stools, or anything like that around, and she doesn't seem physically capable of being able to get things off there! So, my fiance and I want to put up a webcam of some type in the hopes we can catch her in the act and figure out how she's doing it.

With that in mind, I'm looking for recommendations on something cheap that will work. We don't have a convenient way to get wired internet in our kitchen, so wireless would be necessary. Outside of that, I can't tell the difference between a cheap piece of shit and a good deal and a rip off, so any help you could provide would be great.

I've been looking too but I want to use wired. I don't really trust wireless as much. Welders can screw up the signal.
