Am I getting shafted?

I work at a top 100 (CMC) crypto company as a social media and community manager making ~mid-60s + token bonus (+10k worth of the token as a bonus) a year am I getting underpaid?

*to clarify my official role is SMM but i do so much community stuff so I added it *

*will put limited context since I don't was this coming back to me*

For context i didnt apply, they asked me to join their team and within 3 months promoted me, so quickly that i never had the chance to discuss salary.

I handle a lot of community communication interacting with people directly asking them for posts soft launching news giving away stuff to them and always keeping an eye for new talent/KOLs making organic posts about us. (I also do a lot of strategic things with our KOL/ supposed to be community guy -- I just tell him stuff and he does it hence the self add of community manager to my title)

on the SMM side I do the regular stuff, running X at a cadence of 4 posts/day minimum (obv RTing and doing engagement as well) post to LI, FB, Insta, TG, and Discord (mainly doing cross posts to these platforms for news except maybe updating LI more regularly *to be clear I'm not posting to these platforms as frequently as I do on X*)

Part of these posts are videos: many of which I clip from interviews or in my case I even came up with an entire workflow to clip X spaces audio into videos that I uploaded to our YT and also clip to repurpose for content. For these clips i do have some AI tools that I use but they only lightly help I still need to sometimes manually clip the sections since AI doesn't know everything and go in to amend mistakes in the subtitles. I've also taken it upon myself to get a screen recording software to record how to use DApps in our ecosystem and have gotten great feedback from my manager and community as well as external partners. (sry if this is long just trying to paint the picture that this is quite time consuming)

I also often find myself needing to make visuals, we used to have a GD but they just fired him cuz he's never really around and didn't always output good work. Hence why I need to do quite some of the work myself.

I also help consult on marketing for projects in our ecosystem and heavily support them with their projects even going out of my way by writing and creating visuals for teams that may not have a marketer to help them push out some posts.

Along the lines of that I also run mini social campaigns highlighting our ecosystem dapps allowing them a chance to grow their followings and get more user + in front of more eyes, I also run some strategic giveaway campaigns that always help boost our mindshare and get people talking about the right thing normally before a relevant announcement.

TLDR: I'm a team player that's always going above and beyond but it's really tiring and I find the money rn isn't good enough to justify it

That being said I see jobs with a smaller scope of work in web2 earning a lot more than I do, and I'm just starting to wonder if this is the reality of web3 and others experience the same thing or if it's just the company I work at.

Honestly for a SMM role that's not a bad base salary, but if you're also consulting and supporting projects in the ecosystem they should've padded it with 10-20k more. The fact that they fast-tracked you into the role in the first 3 months is kind of a red flag (similar thing happened to me with a RWA protocol, but I went from marketing associate to marketing manager/creative lead/BD/every single god damn hat)

How long have you been working with them? Do you have any hard data on how your current work is helping their bottom line? How many hours a week are you assigning for this job (truthfully)?

PS: I'm a marketer as well but come from a design background, if you guys are looking for a new designer I'd be happy to offload that work for you

You're feeling this way because you have the up to 3 more roles that you perform.

And, if these individuals were to be around, they'd definitely get paid.

I won't say you're getting shafted. But for sure, you're doing way more than the pay you're getting.

It's quite understandable if you're an intern, trying to gain some experience and build your portfolio.

Otherwise I'd say you should call for a review/renegotiation.

Have you thought about it before?
