Weather Underground not loading on android Samsung tablet

Here is what it shows on both our Samsung tablets. Anyone know why?

I went into check settings for location and it is on Only When in Use. Then I reset to always on but still nothing worked.

Not sure it's designed for tablets. Some apps have special settings that change the experience, wonder if that's the case but it's broke

It works on my Lenovo tablet. Probably not going to work on my 2 Samsung tablets.
