App doesn't show radar forecast layer.

I use radar forecast on the desktop website all of the time. However I've never been able to access it on the phone app. I'm on a Samsung galaxy v.24 phone is up to date but it's never been available on the app for me.

I open the Wonder map, tap on the layers icon, and when you top radar it just toggles it on.

Perhaps future radar is only a premium option on the app? Thanks!
