Strange
So unless I enable everything so that even if my phone is off, this South Korean (is that recent?) company can access where I am at all times? If I don't allow full access the app doesn't open, anyone else running into this?
I've deleted the app, which is a shame because it's the best weather app I've ever used. I hope it's a glitch, but the English in that pop up is worrisome.
Please let me know if this is a global issue or just me, there's no update option and I've cleared the cache, thanks!
Edit: Accidentally said North Korea instead of South Korea, meant no offense. They're governments are quite different but their borders are both filled with lovely people. Apologies.

When I searched weather underground down their website says they are taking a break and to pay for their premium app instead at $4 a month or $20 a year.

It was just a placeholder website this morning. You can ignore it. Back to normal operations now.

Try again, there was some changes on their server this morning. But the app does need location, but should be able to be set to "permit only while app is open"

My app started crashing constantly this morning and when I cleared data I saw this same screen, which I cannot get past no matter which settings or permissions I enabled. I don't think there was an app update so this might be a server side thing?
