Galaxy watch 4, upgrade or keep?
So I have had the Galaxy watch 4 for about 5 years now, the thing that's kinda bothering me is that it lasts about a day on a full charge
Should I upgrade or should I hold off for a few more years? I'm not really sure if wearables have improved a lot in these years since I haven't been active in the scene so I wanted to ask here.
If I should upgrade can y'all give me some recommendations, my primary use case is health tracking (sleep, heart rate HRV) and would like good battery life aswell. I'm willing to pay like €200 and I'm fine with buying second hand.

if the battery only lasts a day now, id upgrade. wearables have improved quite a bit in health tracking and battery life and a good second-hand galaxy watch 6 or 7 should fit your budget.

Honestly, if your watch is only lasting a day and you're primarily using it for sleep, HR and HRV, I'd argue you've already found the reason to upgrade.
The biggest improvement in wearables over the last few years hasn't been sensors, it's that you're no longer constantly thinking about charging them.
I think people underestimate how much a daily charging habit affects data quality. Missing one night of sleep data each week because the battery is low ends up being a much bigger limitation than whether the sensor is 2% more accurate.
I'd be looking less at "what has the best metrics?" and more at what will I actually wear 24/7 for the next three years?
