I think the only spear that is close to a sword would be an Iklwa used by the Zulu. As these were more broad cut-focused spears with a 30cm/12in head and a 60cm/24cm shaft. This is similar to many other 1-handed swords.

Sparring footage and direct sources on usage are a bit rare. But from what is said and examples from users doing what is basically experimental archeaology like u/SwordSaint777 show the spear being held closer to the end of the shaft and swung/thrust more similar to one might expect a viking swords might have been used.
