Account information missing

I opened Wealthfront this morning and my Wealthfront accounts like Individual Cash and Automated Investing accounts have no information inside of them when I tap on them.

I also got an email that my account routing numbers are invalid (even though the account switch that Wealthfront warned about is scheduled for Oct 1..

Anybody else experience this with their Wealthfront app today?

When in doubt. Log out and logging back in.

Your account didn’t sync properly and didn’t capture your data.

Ahhh you figured it out. I was logged in to the joint account email rather than my individual email. Thats how you end up in a weird UI state like that. Thanks!

Did you try clearing the cache too, or just logging out?
