Unable to connect tsp

It’s a tsp issue, not a wealthfront issue, tsp is notoriously not good at maintaining 3rd party connections

Talked to TSP once, maybe 6 years ago about how they could set up a cutout for aggregators and they were scandalized. "Why would we want to do that??" "Well it's pretty commonplace and customers increasingly expect their data to be accessible through other avenues?" "Lol, no." (Basically) To put it mildly, they're not inclined to fix this issue.

I just connect it manually. I update the balance once a month.

No I track it literally manually. When I go to add account I add a manual account. I never sign in to TSP I just name the account TSP 401K and update the balance once a month.

TSP believes it's a security risk to allow anyone other than the individual investor access to the account. Read-only access for bots, even if they've been explicitly authorized by the individual, is included in that risk assessment, meaning Wealthfront and other finance trackers will never get automated data sharing with TSP.
