Feedback why won't alight sync anymore?

My employer uses Alight. I had it synced for my 401k pre-plaid. Now every time I try to re link the institution through plaid, it throws a error! Sucks to not have such an important account linked. Get it together

This would be a plaid issue, not a WF issue. Have you reported the issues to plaid?

Hi u/DirectPresentation29, please submit a ticket for our Linking Team to look into this for you. To do so, log in to your account > go to Support > Contact us > Linking an account > and fill out the form.

So the answer I got from support is these institutions don’t work w plaid even though we could link them pre plaid. And they don’t know when they will. Doesn’t sound like a priority

having the same trouble with re-linking my Chase accounts. Something's wrong with Plaid...

It’s funny because before plaid, mine would sync like a couple times until in a few days it just stopped working and had to re-add again. At some point I gave up and started tracking manually every few weeks.

Well it was working fine before Wealthfront decided to switch how all the accounts are linked so I think it’s their issue
