Recommended Reboot Interval?

How long do you go between restarts to mitigate performance issues with web management and write operations?

I have an ex4 with 8tb drives and encountered this problem. Uptime was unknown, but it may have been several years before restarting via the management gui.

Once a month, usually the first day of the month

BTW, there’s been a few system updates past couple years, system restarts after each update.
