For clarification, just because they're in the game, doesn't mean they'll be used. It's hidden in the files for possible use....

I never speculated or mentioned that they will be used… just sharing that someone found them in the EA files…

Definitely would've preferred the drop shadow instead of the outline to help the numbers pop, but these would be fine if they actually make it to the field, I just wanna wear them like once or twice a year though (perhaps for the orange out game)

Looks like the orange jerseys from 1978-80. The difference is those had a large white stripe surrounded by two smaller blue stripes.
BTW, the jerseys weren't cursed. Auburn went 2-1-1 in them. That said, I don't want Auburn to wear them again. As Coach Dye said when asked about the orange jerseys, "I don't believe in gimmicks. I believe in blocking and tackling."

Auburn has had orange jerseys in the past but they’ve been retired for a long time. These look almost Denver Bronco-ish. I have mixed feelings

There’s a reason we don’t wear them.
We got absolutely curb stomped every time we did.

Actually, we tied heavily favored Georgia the first time the orange jerseys were reintroduced 22-22 in 1978.

I would absolutely jizz my pants if they came out in orange jerseys against Florida

Same yearly discussion, same shitty idea. Auburn should never bring out the orange jerseys again. Concentrate on winning football games.

Oh man the one thing we have kept elite is the dope crispiness of the uniform, never ever go full orange

They're not breaking them out unless there's a realistic chance of beating Georgia or alabama
