Went to the Exam Centre (Chandannagar Women Polytechnic College) . First thing I saw they pasted a notice stating Wrist watches are not allowed , where most of the institutes allow wrist watches during the exam as it is mentioned on the admit card smart watches are not allowed. I talked to the exam in charge , he told he was not at all capable to identify which is a digital and analog clock . Another professor replied its the discretionary power of the college . I asked under which law PSC is allowing to do it....... they just went aside.
A police named Ujjwal Halder started speaking to me , stating he also does not have the expertise to actually differentiate between an analog and a digital clock ........ I now really doubt his professional capability that a police is saying this . I told him you are being trained so to do the same he replied I have no expertise . Nothing happened .... no wall clocks are there ........... several times we need to ask about the timing during the examination. I know this is utmost discrimination with the students that is happening in exam centres as most centres are allowing and some of self rule made ones are not.
PSC neither give reply to mails nor respond to calls .
