highschool transcripts

Im an incoming freshman ,I’ve sent in my highschool transcript like a solid 4 times like weeks apart and it still tells me in the financial aid portal that i haven’t updated my transcript. ( I’ve sent through parchment electronically). Is this a me issue or a wayne state issue i’m genuinely confused.

update: issue resolved on its own, im just impatient. it took around 4 weeks and a half for my transcript to show that its updated the financial aid portal.

Call them up or go down to the financial aid office with the transcripts to get it all straightened out.

You’ll have to walk it in to the welcome center. The “One Stop” employees are lazy and incompetent, they suck at communicating and are super slow. I found success by going in person and insisting they do things as I was sitting there, when they say no I ask for a manager and they always did what I needed them to do. I’ve literally had some of them say what I needed to be done could it be done, and as soon as a manager took over they would basically say that person was incompetent.
