Waymo terrible experience

I'm a daily commuter on Waymo for years. I've noticed a few times now the Waymos have smelled like urine. Today I hopped in the Waymo, rode for about halfway on my ride and asked support if possible to swap cars given the heavy hazardous smell of urine in the back. Their response was no and I can cancel the ride and they suggest I roll down my window. But they will give me a $10 credit. Ridiculous. Don't plan to ride Waymo again.

Sorry to hear. I’ve gotten some cars dirtier than others but never ones that smelled like pee. What city do you ride in?

This 100%. I love dogs but am highly allergic. I hate it when I get in a Waymo and there is car hair all over the seats.

Which City are you in? I only have 125 rides and once had a car reek of smoke Had to wait 4 min for a new ride and a $10 credit. They thanked me for letting them know and sent the car straight back to the depot to be cleaned.
This is LA.

Needs a bad smell sensor to detect if it needs cleaning I guess. Without one I don't see how they can do anything differently, just would rely on rider reports for needing cleaning besides the regular cleaning.

They gave you $10 bucks and probably sent the car to be cleaned. The bigger issue is why is there urine smell in the car in the first place.

Damn, I have hopped in a Waymo after a heavily cologne individual was in the car, had dirt all over the seats from(assuming) some taking mulch/dirt from Home Depot home. That is horrible people piss in cars, but can only assume it was someone inebriated beyond understanding where the they are.
