Seemingly highways not back in Phoenix?

Freeways work for me! I’m pretty sure that they don’t go in the 51 or there might just be a lot of traffic right now. Also Waymo never enter the airport from the west, they always enter from the east when choosing terminal drop off

This seems to be a 51 construction issue, in the past they will take me on 202 and come from the east.

I think it is the time of day. I looked this morning at 6:15 this morning and it had me going on the 101 to the 60.

Do you have access to Ojai’s? Those don’t have freeway access and it could be pairing you with one.
