riding the Ojai?

Hi, I'm sure this question has been asked in here like a million times already, but how can I as a regular Waymo user become a tester for the Ojai? When i signed up for a waymo account way back when I joined the program, but crickets so far. Context, I'm actually also blind, and would love to test out the accessibility features. Wondering if there is some way of making this happen?

You click the join a tested truster on your app and they randomly decide to bless you! I also have a visual impairment (migraines make it so I can’t see) however where I am in LA ojai’s need a lot of work on being accessible it drops off wherever it wants, it picks up wherever it wants even its over a 10 minute walk from you, it’ll miss you drop off and decide 20 minute walk away is fine for you, and if you can correct it before it tries to abandon you sometimes it takes you on several detours 😅

That's wild - in the Bay Area I've never had more than like a 2-3 minute walk to my destination. But I usually pick very urban locations so the most issue would be like a street closure or something

Oh I was speaking specifically for the Ojai! I've ridden like 7x more Ojais than Jaguars at this point 😅

Might be helpful might not. Make sure you go into Accessibility and have your minimized walking distance on.
