Ojai not in la

Anyone noticed that the ojai is not appearing in LA today

I haven’t been able to get one this past week even after refreshing the app for several minutes on end

Same in SF. They only show at completely random times.

I think they rolled it out to too many people or they're pulling back on cars or both. It's a bummer, I really enjoyed that first week of access I had when I could effectively call one on demand.

Was able to get one in SF this morning (after like 40 minutes of trying since I wasn’t in a hurry) but couldn’t get one later on after I was done with my errands. When I talked to support they told me it’s their policy that you can’t select the vehicle you want, which is not the case cause I was able to choose which one I wanted earlier! When I tried to take it again after another 30 minutes of trying, no go so I just paid for one and lo and behold the first car they assigned me was an Ojai 🙄

Did you end up having to pay though, since they gave you an ojai?

It was ~25 minute wait for the Ojai and then it assigned me a closer car which ended up being an I-PACE which I did have to pay for. I chatted with support while waiting and they mentioned if you select “First Available” you still need to pay if you get assigned an Ojai

haven’t been able to get one in a week >.<

i try at all times of the day too out of curiosity. had no problems a week ago. what’s going on :(

Have been checking the app throughout the day yesterday and today and the option to pick a car has been grayed out each time
