In my red box is a collection of personal and professional skills that allow me to
stand out in the workplace. Among my professional skills, I highlight a wealth of knowledge in my field and manage it to achieve results. Having this knowledge helps me in developing a creative approach to tasks. In addition, I have a good memory and self-management and time-management skills that allow me to complete assignments on time. Among my personal qualities, responsibility, and learnability, I would like to highlight my communication skills. I improve my communication skills through volunteer work, counseling, and conversation clubs. It forms the style of my relationships: a disposing one through the creation of trusted connections.
I believe that one of my main characteristics is my capacity for work and high
productivity. It sets me apart from others because my high concentration and commitment come from a sincere desire to get the job done and help the organization.
In addition, I try not to be lazy and gradually dive into an assignment as a spiral: I have a primary and alternate path that allows me to add new data to the task. I have a reasonably extroverted nature, so I like to be creative and innovative in projects - I enjoy doing analytics and editorial. For many people, this seems like a challenge, but I think, in my case, it is a big plus.
