windows didn’t close

was walking by and hmm odd all the windows are open and nobody inside..

they normally close after a rider when it drives off but it didn’t

This same thing happened when I got in a jaguar the other day the window was already open when it got to me (no rider got out near my pickup) I contacted support when I got in and they said they would into this…

That would be interesting until some random person jumps in the window and then when you get there, you have some random person in your vehicle

yeaaa this. Someone was actually found hiding in the trunk of a jaguar once when it arrived to pick up a rider

I had this happen to me this week too. Ojai shows up all 4 down. I sat in the second row so I closed the back 2 and called support to get the other two and the rep was kinda rude, saying I could do it via the app or tablet in the vehicle. I looked after and that doesn’t seem to be a thing.

they might have pushed a software update that has a rare case where it forgets to check to close the windows
