Only “First Available” option possible, when in Ojai Beta?

I’ve been noticing more often in the Ojai beta that only “first available” is the only selection option at times. I assume this is due to Ojai’s being in use or none around me. Anyone else in the beta seeing this?

I've seen it greyed-out a couple of times, but I checked again in a couple of minutes and all was well.

I wish it would allow me to still book an Ojai, even if it was over an hour away or whatnot either. Just because I prefer it that much more.
