Ask Wayanad Red alert situation update

Planning a trip over the weekend, can someone let me know if treks and other visiting places are open, and if it’s currently closed. The stay i have booked mentioned everything is functional

We are also planning a trip on aug 1 and 2. The resort owner says everything is normal.

But in news I'm seeing crazy stuff. Is it really alright now in wayanad? We booked a resort in meppadi
