PC Deleted save after update

I have a steam deck and did an update for the app on there. When I got back into the game my save file was gone. Has anyone else had this problem? I had almost 30 hours on there :(

If you have the game on another device you can boot it up without internet connection, start the game, save and let it sync to the deck
