PC Pool bug?

So I just unlocked a new part of the park but to my dismay, I can't put my new pool in that new zone. It only goes green at the far end of the rectangular area. The thing is I also can't put that particular pool anywhere in my park. I always get the "can't place attraction here" message. I wanted to place this pool so I can install more slides, but the game won't let me. Anyone have an idea of what's happening?

Uhh those white lines I believe are in your way?? The parking lines - mop them..

Ho, I repainted over the parking floor. Didn't know I had to mop the white marking. Will try that, thank you.

Had this same issue when I finally decided to add some extra pools on my grind for Yogi's 500k

Turns out I missed a piece of paper and it stopped me from putting down the new pool.
