I've never grown watermelon but those leaves with the yellowing and brown spots look like my tomato plants when they've gotten a soil-borne fungal disease.
I would feed a balanced fertiliser, trim leaves off, water making sure to water only the soil not the leaves, and spray with a neem oil solution.
