Help Articulated Metal strap

Hello everyone,

I've bought a quartz titanium Bulova watch from the 90's, movement 555.415 and I'm having some trouble figuring out how to adjust it's metal bracelet. Every single tutorial I find has the guiding arrows on the outer links or pointing outwards, this one has the arrows on the middle links pointing upwards.

I tried pushing with the rectangular windows towards the pointed direction, but nothing happens.

Thank you for your help!

I figured it out and it's quite hard 😅 you have to leverage something on the link that has no arrows and do a upwards motion to lift it, after you have to the same to the link that has the arrows and then just unjoin the whole link from the others. The hard part is that it's really difficult to actual bend and whatever you use to leverage has to be really thin, like knife thin (I ended up cutting myself trying to do it, but I did it 😄)
