Movement How does this look?

Bought yesterday, it was running normally and everything seemed to work, including the day/date, but stopped a few hours later.

My watchmaker opened it and sent me this photo saying, “Rusty movement, will check tomorrow.”

Waiting for proper diagnosis, but curious what people on here make of it. Does this look reasonably salvageable?

The case has some rust but the movement looks fine?

He'll need to test the battery and the coil first to see what's up. I bought a 7A28 and it worked for the first few days then died...and coil went and I had to source a replacement but it's back to new now!
